Scope

This policy applies to labs.nexus-prime.cfd, its public experiment catalog, the WorkflowBench interface, and messages you choose to send about a workflow review or pilot.

Nexus Prime accounts, licenses, and product services are covered by the separateNexus Prime Privacy Policy. External model providers, coding agents, package registries, and other third-party services have their own privacy practices.

Information the site handles

Website requests

The hosting and security providers that deliver this site may process standard request information, including IP address, browser and device information, requested path, timestamps, and security or diagnostic records needed to serve and protect the site.

Information you send

If you email the Lab, we receive the address, message, and any attachments you send. The pilot form can place the workflow, owner, failure point, human decision, and optional technical context into an email draft. The message is not sent until you review and send it from your email service.

WorkflowBench and pilot intake

WorkflowBench runs in your browser. At the date shown above, the Labs pages do not send its free-text fields to a Labs server, set analytics cookies, or run a model against your entries. A generic pattern identifier may appear in the page URL so a selected template can be restored.

How information is used

• Deliver, secure, diagnose, and maintain the public Labs website.
• Respond to workflow-review, pilot, support, legal, or privacy requests.
• Assess whether a proposed workflow fits the Lab's capabilities and review boundaries.
• Prevent abuse and comply with lawful obligations.

Nexus-PRIME Labs does not sell personal data.

Service providers and external links

We use hosting, security, email, and infrastructure providers to operate the site and respond to you. They may process only the information needed to provide those services, subject to their own terms and privacy commitments. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Links to Nexus Prime, tetris.codes, email providers, and other external sites take you to independent services. Review their policies before providing information to them.

Storage and retention

The Labs website does not maintain an account database. Email and pilot correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate an agreed engagement, protect the service, keep necessary business records, or meet legal obligations. Hosting and security logs may follow provider-specific retention periods.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we process personal information about you.
• Provide access to or correct information you supplied.
• Delete information where we are not required to retain it.
• Withdraw consent or object to certain processing where the law provides that right.

Send requests to pilots@nexus-prime.cfd. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the site and information sent to us. No online service or email channel can guarantee absolute security.

The Lab is intended for professional and organizational use. It is not directed to children or designed for child-specific data.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the site, its workflow tools, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective and updated dates above will identify the current version.
