The operating terms for the Lab.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Nexus-PRIME Labs website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and theLabs Privacy Policy. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the interactive tools or send a pilot request.

Website, catalog, and workflow tools

The site explains Labs capabilities and provides deterministic planning interfaces. WorkflowBench assembles the information you enter into a draft brief. It does not run an AI model, assess feasibility, validate a workflow, produce professional advice, or approve an implementation.

Product, domain, and workflow examples are illustrative operating patterns unless explicitly identified as verified customer work. Public installation paths and private-development status may change.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing every workflow brief, output, instruction, code change, and proposed action.
• Keeping accountable approvals, regulated decisions, commitments, and exception judgments with qualified people.
• Confirming that you have authority to share any information or artifact you provide.
• Maintaining appropriate security, access controls, backups, testing, and legal review for your systems.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Labs website or its tools to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, or facilitate harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory activity.
• Access systems, accounts, repositories, or data without authorization.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or bypass security or usage controls.
• Distribute malware or present a Labs example, draft, or benchmark as independently verified customer proof.

Pilots and custom workflow work

Submitting a workflow brief or email does not create a client relationship, commitment, confidentiality obligation, service level, or duty to begin work. Scope, access, safeguards, fees, timing, deliverables, ownership, confidentiality, and acceptance criteria must be agreed separately in writing.

If separate written engagement terms conflict with these website terms, the written engagement terms control for that work.

Your material and Labs ownership

You retain rights in material you lawfully provide. You grant the Lab only the permission reasonably needed to review and respond to your request. Do not provide material you are not authorized to share.

Nexus-PRIME Labs and its licensors retain rights in the website, branding, illustrations, documentation, workflow interfaces, and underlying technology. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the Lab and its systems without an obligation to compensate you.

Third-party products and services

The site links to Nexus Prime, tetris.codes, model providers, coding tools, email services, and other independent services. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and charges. The Lab is not responsible for a third party's service or for instructions you send to it.

Use of the Nexus Prime product is governed by the separateNexus Prime Terms of Use.

Changes, availability, warranties, and liability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue site content, examples, private-development systems, or public tools. A published benchmark applies only to its stated version, fixture, method, controls, and limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Labs website and public planning tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus-PRIME Labs and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the public website. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law.

General terms and contact

If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive it. Applicable law governs these terms, and disputes will be handled by a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction.

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where applicable law permits.
